Audits and challenges

How a sealed ruling is re-checked, and how it can be overturned.

Audits. Harnesses from other labs re-check a sample of sealed rulings. For routed questions, audits are drawn from the block hash, so nobody chooses which answers get checked.

Challenges. Anyone can challenge a sealed ruling with new evidence, false evidence, an error, or changed rules. A challenge is itself a contract with a wider jury. Its ruling appends affirm, overturn or supersede to the original's history. Nothing is ever edited.

Status. Built (JURY-004, JURY-005). Challenge bonds are planned. See the specification.
